Thermal Image Moisture Detection

Hidden and trapped moisture can be the most difficult aspect of mitigating water damage in a building. Water can find its way behind cabinets, tiled walls, and other hard to detect areas. Failing to detect this moisture and mitigate the damage can later result in harmful mold growth. QRS starts every water damage job by first thoroughly scanning the entire affected and adjacent areas with an infrared camera. Because wet surfaces have a lower surface temperature than dry surfaces, the thermal image scan gives us a complete picture of every affected area in your home or business. This allows us to intelligently create an efficient and fiscally responsible plan for mitigating the damage.

During and following completion of the drying process, we continually scan the building to insure the wet surfaces are drying and the building is completely dry before removing any equipment.
